Eureka Lighting Wins Best of the Best Red Dot Award for Segment

Three additional luminaires also recognized for outstanding design 

Montreal, April 30, 2026 – Eureka, an established leader in decorative lighting solutions, is pleased to announce that its Segment luminaire family was awarded the Red Dot: Best of the Best distinction in the 2026 Product Design competition. This is the second time that Eureka has received this elevated award status; it won “Best of the Best” for Tangram-Trace in 2023.

Dating back to 1955, the Red Dot Design Award is one of the world’s largest design competitions. Every  Red Dot Award for Product Design sets out to find the year’s best products. The Red Dot Jury comprises 40+ international experts from various specialties. Products selected by the Jury may be aesthetically pleasing, functional, sustainable, or innovative, but they all share one thing in common: outstanding design.

Segment is a slim linear pendant that offers an ultra-sleek aesthetic for a variety of spaces. It is available in lengths of four, six, or eight feet. Despite its large scale, it cuts through space with a minimalist form, enhancing boardrooms, lobbies, and hospitality environments. The luminaire is offered in regular or high output, with the option for downlight or up/downlight. And it is available in an eye-catching palette of 16 colors, with textured or satin metallic finishes[GS1] .

Tulip, Jarry, and Orelia luminaires also received 2026 Red Dot Awards for Product Design. Tulip is a bouquet-inspired family of fixtures, including chandeliers, pendants, and surface-mount units.  Jarry is a classic ball-and-seamless-tube design, available in dozens of configurations to create many moods and looks. And Orelia, with a smooth rounded form and sculptural presence, adds atmosphere to all kinds of hospitality and office interiors.

Eureka has now won 27 Red Dot Awards since 2015.
